Visiting the website

The website is published and delivered through Lovable. Requests for pages and files expose technical information to the hosting infrastructure, including your IP address, the requested URL, the time of the request, browser information and, where your browser supplies it, the referring page. Operational and error information may also be processed to keep the website available and investigate faults or misuse.

The purpose is to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a reliable and secure online service.

Lovable explains its processing in its Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement and subprocessor information.

Fonts

The website loads its fonts (Sora, Figtree and DM Mono) from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Sign-in and accounts

Sign-in and account creation are currently not available on this website. No account data is collected through it at this time. This notice will be updated before sign-in is offered.

External links

When you follow an external link, such as to LinkedIn, the destination website's own privacy information applies.

Recipients and international processing

Data is processed by our hosting infrastructure and the providers named above. Data may also have to be disclosed where a legal obligation requires it.

These providers operate internationally, so processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. They publish data-processing terms describing transfer safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. You can contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.

How long data is kept

Operational records are retained according to their delivery, diagnostic and security purpose and the relevant provider arrangements. Correspondence is kept for handling the matter and any resulting obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing and a portable copy of data you provided where the portability requirements apply (Articles 15–18 and 20 GDPR).

Right to object: You may object, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (Article 21 GDPR).

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future. Send your request to support@gitflash.com.

You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the authority where you live or work. For private-sector organisations at our registered office, the relevant authority is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany. Its contact and complaint information is available online.
